Other user Reviews
I love it:
I have been using it for a month and I love it. It was easy to set up (though did take some time) and it is easy to use. It is comfortable and offers great resistance.
It would take time to max out the weight on most exercises (for the average Joe) but there are a couple where I needed a bit more so my wife got me the 310 upgrade.
If you’re looking for a quality home gym at an affordable price then I would suggest taking a look at this machine.
Love it took me about 45 mins to put it all together. Easy too do by yourself. I also bought the 310 bars as well. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. So far I work out every morning part of my routine now.
Holds up Well
Several users stated they have owned the Bowflex for 2 or 3 years and that they still use it on a regular basis and have had no problems with it holding up to the amount of exercises they have done using this gym.
Users do caution that you do need quite a bit of room in your home to the PR 3000, as the machine is good size and need to space to extend your arms and raise your legs. You also may find things a little crowded if your home doesn’t have 8 foot ceilings or slightly taller as this gym is 83 inches or over 7” tall.
