FreeMotion 860 Treadmill Review

The FreeMotion 860 Treadmill is a sturdily built and somewhat expensive treadmill. It has a 7 inch full color display with a built in Android browser. It is designed to be used with ifit apps, has a nice size running surface and plenty of small additions that add to the comfort of using this treadmill such an integrated tray and the ability to hook the treadmill to the internet as well as cooling fans and being MP3 compatible. We aren’t entirely thrilled that the only workout programs are through iFit as iFit isn’t known to be a reliable program, we do feel that the warranty on this treadmill would be adequate if the labor part of the warranty was longer. We simply feel that 2 years for labor is somewhat short for the cost of this treadmill.

All things considered this treadmill is quite comfortable. It comes equipped with cooling fans, is MP3 compatible, has an integrated tray on which to place your valuables, and can be attached to the internet. It also a nice size running surface which should meet most users needs.

Workout Programs

While the treadmill comes with 34 apps designed by a personal trainer and iFit technology allows you to customize your workouts when ever you like. This iFit machine does require to have an iFit membership which is sold separately.

Users do have a few complaints regarding this treadmill. They feel that assembling it is quite time consuming and that the console is extremely poor and dies quite easily. Some users are also offended that they are required to pay extra money for an iFit membership.

If you have a bit of extra money to build a good home gym and don’t mind paying for the iFit membership the FreeMotion 860 treadmill may be well worth considering as it seems built to last years.
