 Helix Aerobic Lateral Trainer Review

Overview :-

Helix Aerobic Lateral Trainer Dubbed as “the most effective cardio machine ever built,” and particularly beneficial for sports-specific training, such as  tennis, skiing and golf , the Helix Aerobic Lateral Trainer is unique in the way that it uses a “figure eight” motion to target traditionally hard-to-tone areas while burning fat. Conventional machines, on the other hand, work in a front-to-back plane and only target the quads and hamstrings.

To put it another way, due to the Helix’s lateral motion, the inner thighs, outer thighs, and the glutes are all toned, while core muscles are strengthened and your balance is improved.

Many people have used an elliptical trainer, treadmill, exercise bike and other fitness equipment before, so they typically know what to expect. This first made us hesitant of the Helix Trainer, as we thought the learning curve would be great. On the contrary, though, the machine is very easy to use, particularly as there are several videos online showing you how to get the best out of the trainer from day one.Helix Aerobic Lateral Trainer Review

Besides its workout effectiveness, the Helix Aerobic Lateral Trainer has other things going for it. It has a footprint of just 3’ x 4’, making it suitable for those with limited space; it is very quiet in operation; requires virtually no maintenance, which is just one of the reasons for the machine’s growing popularity in gyms; and perhaps best of all – or at least our favourite feature – is how the trainer is self-powered so no power source is needed.

Helix Aerobic Lateral Trainer Review by Users

The response to the Helix Trainer has been very positive. Users love just how effective the workout is, the ease of assembly, as well as the machine’s range of motion. Users have had nothing to complain about, although this may have changed since we last looked.

This machine is absolutely awesome!!!!”

I have a home gym with everything from a mounted bike, bow flex, weights, bands & roman chair. This machine is absolutely awesome – it is commercial quality – better than what you find in a gym – and boy what a workout!!!! It is such a nice change from the constant forward and back motion that finally starts to wear on the knees – this is now my favorite workout…

“This Is the ULTIMATE best workout!”

This Is the ULTIMATE best workout!! I LOVE using this and I have been using it 5 times a week since I got it last Thursday. I also use my treadmill and do weight training, but I love a new fitness challenge!! SO glad I bought this!
