Ironman ATIS 4000 Inversion Table Review

The Ironman ATIS 4000 Inversion Table is a sturdy well designed inversion table that will help you stay fit by allowing you to invert your body up to 180 degrees stretching out your back and spine and relieving back pain. This table is also good for some working out, especially the abs as you can do inverted push-ups and crunches using this table. However, the locking mechanism which holds the table inverted to any degree you want doesn’t always perform as it should, sometime refusing to lock in place and other times being extremely difficult to unlock, forcing you to use the handles to pull yourself up to prevent being inverted too long. For that reason, we would recommend that use this table with someone else nearby in case you should need help.

Users find this inversion table to be quite comfortable and supporting them very well. However, many users do state that ankle straps can become uncomfortable after a period of time.

Workout Programs

While it is possible to do some workout exercises using this table, the table does not come with any specific workout programs either built into the table or a separate sheet showing you the types of workouts you can do.

This Ironman Inversion table comes with a one year limited warranty

User Reviews

Overall, users really like this Inversion table and give it good reviews and ratings. Most users find that the table comes with clear instructions for assembly and is easy to assemble. Once assembled they state that the backboard is comfort and that this table is sturdy making even those who are slightly heavier feel safe and secure when using it.

The only real complaint users have when using the Ironman ATIS 4000 is that the locking mechanism that is designed to lock the inversion table in position at the desired Inversion position does not work properly. Some users find that once locked the mechanism sticks making it difficult to return to horizontal position. Other uses find that the lock doesn’t often lock at all, or locks infrequently while still other users find that the locking mechanism breaks shortly after purchase.

Over all the Ironman ATIS 4000 Inversion table is a good solid inversion table that is great for people who are experiencing back pain, and also for those wanting a new way to workout their abs. However, while the overall design of this table is great, and appears to be one of the sturdier tables on the market for home use, the problem with the locking mechanism should be noted, and it might be best to have someone available who can help return this table to horizontal position should the locking mechanism fail to function as it should. .
